Functional description
The DRAM and Flash memory components have separate control, address and input/
output signals, which allows simultaneous access to both devices at any time. The
OneNAND Flash memory and the LPSDRAM can be activated by a Chip Enable input, O-
CE#, and a Chip Select input, D-CE#, respectively.
